  • We accept BCBS, Optum, Evernorth, Surest, UBH, Medica, PMAP UCARE, Medicare, and MA. We are also able to submit claims to your insurance even if out of network and apply it to your deductible.

  • Yes!! You can pay privately and not have the constraints of an insurance company dictating your therapy.
