We are seeking 1099/Independent Contract licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMFT, LP, LPP) to join our amazing team. Our office is located in St. Paul, on Grand Avenue, in the historic Summit Hill neighborhood.

We offer a flexible work arrangement, accommodating remote, in-office, and hybrid work arrangements. Our office is fully furnished and provides a professional, collaborative environment.

We are particularly interested in experienced therapists who can contribute to our growing team. There are no minimum requirements, and you have complete flexibility and autonomy over your schedule and who you see. We offer 3 ANNUAL STIPENDS and ensure timely payment regardless of the status of insurance claims. We are offering a competitive compensation package, with POTENTIAL PERCENTAGE OF UP TO 75%. The practice pays your MNCare tax and all billing practices and payments are transparent. Therapists must be allies of diverse populations and the LGBTQ+ community and its individuals.
